You are living a nice moment in your life and are reaping the fruits of your efforts at work and at home. You work is going well and your family is a source of happiness and well being. You have a house and life in general is good. You carry on with your daily life and you take a break sometimes to enjoy your free time on vacation to recharge your batteries from some stress periods. While you are enjoying all this, perimenopause knocks at your door.

Although there are changes associated with perimenopause, do not be alarmed. It is a phase that all women pass through and it is part of nature’s plan for a woman. The body is getting ready for a bigger change which is menopause. There is nothing wrong with what you are feeling. They are all symptoms of perimenopause. Many changes occur when a woman enters her fifties. She starts thinking of her past life and that now she has come to experience a new stage in her life.
